Instead of bending a general-purpose CRM to the industry, this system speaks its language: a broad product catalogue, vessel-based requests, supplier comparison and order conversion.
Company-level data isolation
Every company's data stays isolated in its own space. Users, roles and permissions are managed per company, and data never crosses a company boundary.
Broad product catalogue
Create request lines from the built-in product catalogue or from your own product cards. Each product gets a unique code that follows it through quotation, order and invoice.
Supplier portal
Send suppliers a link that needs no account. They enter their own prices, units and files, and the responses are compared automatically.
Automatic stock binding
When a request line is created, what is already on the shelf is allocated automatically and only the remainder goes out to suppliers. Every movement is written to an append-only stock ledger.
PDF quotations and invoices
Produce branded quotations and invoices from your own template, with logo and bank details filled in. Customer-facing documents are generated, not hand-edited.
Role-based permissions
Admin, sales, purchasing and accounting roles decide who can see and change what. Authorisation is enforced by the platform, not in the interface.

Prices include VAT. Monthly subscriptions run in 30-day cycles and yearly subscriptions in 12-month (365-day) cycles; both auto-renew and can be cancelled at the end of any cycle. On the yearly plan the full amount is charged once, at the start of the cycle.
User count is limited to the number of users included in your plan. Once you reach the limit you cannot add another user; moving to a larger plan raises your user limit.

Payments secured by iyzico
Subscription payments are taken through iyzico. Your card details are never stored on Veslify servers — payment is completed on iyzico's 3D Secure payment page.
