A SaaS platform that brings ship supply operations into one flow.
We bring the whole ship supply process — from request to quotation, purchasing to stock — into a single system.
We learned marine procurement in the field, not at a desk. We worked with ship suppliers, agencies and technical purchasing teams, and saw first-hand how a request is raised, how supplier prices are collected, and where the work actually gets stuck.
The product follows that flow. Instead of bending a general-purpose CRM to fit the industry, we built a system that speaks its language: a broad product catalogue, vessel-based requests, supplier comparison and order conversion.
What we built it around
SaaS
No installation, servers or maintenance on your side. You log in from the browser; updates and backups run in the background.
Cloud-agnostic infrastructure
The platform is not tied to a single cloud provider. Our infrastructure is currently hosted in Germany and can be moved to another provider if needed.
Seamless operation
Requests, quotations, purchasing, sales and stock inherit the same data. Nothing is entered twice; a change in one step shows up in the next.
Your data stays yours
The data you enter belongs to you. Every company runs in its own isolated space, and you can export your data at any time.
How we work
- Prices are public: plans and the one-time setup fee are stated on the pricing page, with no surprise line items.
- We build with the field; new features are prioritised by feedback from the teams using them.
- You are not left alone at setup: account setup and go-live are covered by the onboarding service.
- Security is designed in from the start: permissions are enforced by the platform, and data never crosses a company boundary.
- All our agreements are published in full on this site, including the terms of service, refund terms and the data processing agreement.
