2. Subject
This Agreement governs the parties’ rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in respect of the Veslify subscription (cloud-based CRM service) ordered electronically by the BUYER via https://veslify.com.

Setup (Onboarding) Fee: A one-time setup/onboarding fee of 10,000 TRY (VAT included) applies to the first subscription. It is the consideration for the setup, configuration and go-live service provided to the BUYER. At checkout, the BUYER gives express consent to the immediate performance of this service; once performance has begun, refunds of this fee are governed by the Delivery & Return Terms.
4. Delivery of the Service
The service is provided electronically. After payment is confirmed, the account is activated within 5 (five) business days at the latest and access is granted. The subscription period starts when the account is activated, not when the payment is taken; the time between payment and activation is not deducted from the subscription and the BUYER receives a full 30 days in every cycle. There is no physical delivery. The Delivery & Return Terms apply.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, a consumer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving reasons.
Withdrawal notices are sent to info@veslify.com. Where withdrawal applies, payment is refunded to the same payment instrument.
6. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Delivery & Return Terms, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
7. Dispute Resolution
For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees (within monetary thresholds announced by the Ministry of Trade) and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; mediation is a precondition to litigation under Art. 73/A of Law No. 6502. For B2B disputes, the courts of Istanbul Anadolu have jurisdiction.
8. Entry into Force
By confirming the order, the BUYER declares having read and accepted this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form. It takes effect on the date of electronic confirmation.
