This policy covers the personal data of account holders (our customers and their authorised users) who use Veslify.
2. Categories of Personal Data
- Identity & contact: name, title, e-mail, phone, company details.
- Customer transaction / billing: subscription plan, payment status, invoicing data (tax ID, address), transaction history.
- Payment: payments are collected via the payment provider (iyzico). We do not store your card details; they are processed by iyzico.
- Security / logs: IP address, session records, device/browser information, access logs.
- Support: data you share when contacting us or requesting support.
3. Purposes of Processing
Providing the service and performing the contract; managing subscriptions and payments; invoicing and legal compliance; support and communication; information security and fraud prevention; service improvement; and, subject to consent, marketing.
4. Legal Grounds (KVKK Art. 5/6)
- Necessity for the conclusion/performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
- Compliance with a legal obligation — e.g. invoice retention (Art. 5/2-ç),
- Legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) — e.g. security, improvement,
- Explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — e.g. marketing messages and, where applicable, incidental cross-border transfers.
5. Transfers, Including Cross-Border
Your data may be transferred to authorised parties as required for infrastructure, payment, e-invoicing and legal obligations (e.g. hosting provider, payment institution, e-invoicing integrator, competent public authorities).
6. Retention Period
Personal data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the statutory retention periods under applicable law (e.g. Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code — generally up to 10 years for financial records after the relationship ends); thereafter it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You may learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose; know the third parties (domestic/abroad) to whom it is transferred; request correction, deletion or destruction; request notification of these actions to third parties; object to adverse results arising solely from automated processing; and claim compensation for any damage.
